      • Content: “Each apartment has individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning and heating units for your comfort. To operate:

        • Use the remote control located on the wall near the entry door.

        • Press the ON button to start.

        • Adjust the temperature with the UP and DOWN arrows.

        • Note: Avoid setting the temperature below 20°C if the balcony doors are open, as it may freeze the unit. Remember to turn it off when leaving.

      • For Assistance: Contact Reception at extension 9.”

    • Alarm Clock (Clock Radio)

      • Content: “Your apartment’s alarm clock is located on the bedside table. To set the alarm:

        • Adjust the time using the buttons on the clock.

        • A built-in radio is also available for your convenience.

        • Need Help? Contact Reception if you need assistance with setting up your alarm.”

    • Balconies

      • Content: “Please ensure balcony doors are locked when you're not in the apartment and at night for security. Also:

        • Keep doors closed when the air conditioning is on.

      • Safety Reminder: For your safety, avoid leaning or placing objects on balcony railings.”

    • Coffee and Tea Facilities

      • Content: “Your kitchen includes coffee and tea-making facilities that are replenished daily, except on Sundays and public holidays.

        • Need More? Contact Reception if you require additional supplies.”

    • Computer Connection (Data Ports)

      • Content: “Each apartment offers a dedicated modem line and broadband line above the desk. To connect:

        • Attach the provided cable to your device.

        • Open your web browser, and a prompt will guide you further.

      • Internet Package: Complimentary access per hour. Contact Reception for assistance.”

    • Cooktop, Rangehood, and Oven

      • Content: “Instructions for each appliance:

        • Cooktop: Turn the knob to select your desired setting. Ensure the isolator switch on the splashback is ON.

        • Rangehood: Pull the rangehood toward you to activate; adjust fan speed and lights with the buttons.

        • Oven: Select the desired temperature with the dial. Adjust the timer, and the oven will turn off once the time ends.”

    • Dishwasher

      • Content: “Your apartment has a dishwasher for your convenience. To operate:

        • Load soiled crockery and cutlery.

        • Place a dishwasher tablet (found under the sink) in the dispenser and close the door.

        • Turn the dishwasher on, then select the preferred program.”

    • Hairdryer

      • Content: “A hairdryer is located in the vanity cupboard of each bathroom. For any assistance, feel free to contact Reception.”

    • Ironing Facilities

      • Content: “An iron and ironing board are located inside the wardrobe in your apartment for your convenience.”

    • Laundry

      • Content: “Each apartment is equipped with laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer. There’s also a complimentary shared laundry on the first floor for studio apartment guests.

        • Washing Machine: Use only half a sachet of detergent (provided in your apartment) in the left compartment. Select the cycle with the program knob and press start.

        • Dryer: Load clothes, select the temperature and time with the dial, and press start.”

    • Microwave Oven

      • Content: “The microwave in your apartment is ideal for quick meals. To operate:

        • Place food in a microwave-safe dish.

        • Set the time and power level, then press ‘START.’

        • Note: Avoid using metal utensils inside the microwave.”

    • Telephone Services

      • Content: “For communication convenience:

        • Local Calls: Dial ‘0’ and the number. Local calls cost $0.80 per call.

        • Interstate/International Calls: Dial ‘0’, then the area or country code and number.

        • Internal Calls: Dial the apartment number directly, adding 50 for apartments ending with 'B' (e.g., dial 151 for 101B).

        • Reception: Dial 9 for Reception assistance or urgent after-hours contact.”

    • Television

      • Content: “Your apartment is equipped with an LCD Smart TV that provides access to free-to-air and streaming channels.

        • Use the remote control to select the channel using the ‘Fav’ button and arrow keys.

      • Reception Assistance: Contact Reception if you encounter any technical issues.”

    • Washer - Dryer

      • Content: “Each One, Two, and Three-Bedroom apartment includes a washing machine and dryer. Follow these steps:

        • Washer: Open the door, add laundry, place detergent in the drawer, and select a cycle.

        • Dryer: Load clothes, set the desired temperature and time, and press start.

        • Extra Detergent: Available from Reception if needed.”

    • Account Payment
      For your convenience, we accept payments via credit card or cash. Company accounts may be set up by prior arrangement with Management. Contact Reception for any billing-related questions.

    • Reservations
      Our Reception team can assist with future bookings at Quest Burwood East or any Quest property across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji.

    • Check-Out Time
      Standard check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you’d like a late check-out, please contact Reception, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability. For early departures before 7:00 AM, kindly inform our team the evening prior to settle your account.

    • Baggage Services and Storage
      Guests are welcome to store luggage at Reception for later collection on their departure day. Contact Reception for assistance with your baggage.

    • Wake-Up Calls
      Wake-up calls can be arranged by contacting Reception between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. You may also use the alarm clock provided on your bedside table.

    • Photocopying & Printing
      Photocopying and printing services are available at Reception. Rates: $0.25 per photocopy; $2.00 for the first printed page, then $1.00 per additional page.

    • Adaptors and Transformers
      The electrical current in Australia is 240 volts AC at 50 Hz. International adaptors are available at Reception for a $20 refundable deposit.

    • Business Centre
      We provide a variety of business services, including scanning, courier, photocopying, faxing, and typing. For more information, please contact Reception.

    • Mailing Services
      Reception can assist with mailing and shipping for local or overseas destinations. Mail addressed to you will be delivered to your apartment daily. If you expect mail after your departure, Reception will be pleased to accept a forwarding address.

    • Housekeeping
      Your apartment is serviced daily, excluding Sundays and public holidays. For special requests or additional cleaning, please contact Housekeeping or Reception.

    • Dry Cleaning, Laundry, and Pressing
      Same-day dry cleaning is available Monday to Saturday. Drop off items at Reception by 9:00 AM for same-day delivery. For additional laundry items outside of these hours, please contact Reception.

    • Extra Bedding
      One, Two, and Three-Bedroom apartments come with sofa beds for additional guests at a charge of $50 per person, per night. Contact Reception to arrange extra bedding.

    • Towels
      Extra towels are available on request. Contact Reception if you need more during your stay.

    • Lost and Found
      Please hand any found items to Reception. Lost items are kept for three months in accordance with Quest policy.

    • Emergency
      For emergencies, dial 9 for Reception or 000 for direct Emergency Services. Familiarize yourself with the emergency procedures posted on the back of your apartment door.

    • Fire Evacuation Procedures
      Quest Burwood East is equipped with fire detection and prevention systems. In case of a fire, please dial 9 and proceed with evacuation as instructed. Do not use elevators during an evacuation.

    • First Aid
      For first aid assistance, please contact Reception immediately.

    • Safety Deposit Boxes
      Each apartment has a safety deposit box located in the wardrobe. Please refer to your compendium for instructions on use.

    • Security
      For your safety, the front doors are locked from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests can access the property with their key cards. The hotel features a video surveillance system for added security.

    • Visitors to Your Apartment
      All visitors must register at Reception. After 10:00 PM, only registered guests are permitted in the property.

    • Disabled Facilities
      Quest Burwood East offers wheelchair-accessible apartments. Please contact Reception to discuss available options.

    • Conference Room
      Our modern conference room seats up to 80 delegates in theater setup. Equipped with a projector, flat-screen TV, whiteboard, and more. Contact Reception for details on rates, room setup, and catering options.

    • Gymnasium
      The guest gym is located on the ground floor and is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Use your apartment key card for entry. Contact Reception with any questions about the equipment.

    • Children
      Quest Burwood East provides complimentary baby kits, including cots, high chairs, and baby baths. Babysitting services are also available through Sittr Babysitting Service at www.sittr.com.au.

    • Privacy
      To ensure your privacy, use the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door. If additional privacy is required, please contact Reception.

  • We are pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests. Follow the steps below to connect:

    1. Network Name: Connect to Quest Burwood East WiFi from your device’s list of available Wi-Fi networks.

    2. Login Credentials:

      • Username: Enter your surname.
